                                     CHELSEA RUMOURS EXCITE SAMUEL INKOOM

Ghana international defender Samuel Inkoom says it would be a ‘dream’ to join Chelsea after being linked with a Stamford Bridge move.Reports in Africa claim new Blues boss Andre Villas-Boas is keen on the 22-year-old right-back, who currently plays for Ukrainian side Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk.

Dnipro are believed to have valued Inkoom, who has also been linked with Aston Villa and Fulham, at between €4-6million.The youngster, who would link up with Ghana team-mate Michael Essien if he made the move to West London, is hoping the Blues will make an offer.

“To be honest the day I heard Chelsea were interested in me, I was very happy,” Inkoom toldskysports.com.“Who would not like to be linked with such a big club, with world class players?

“It is a dream club for any player, specifically for young African players like me. Hopefully it will happen.”

                                                            Welbeck Abra Appiah
The Premier League Board boss, Welbeck Yaw Abra-Appiah has indicated that, upon advice from some football gurus, he has reversed his decision to quit the Board.
Before the end of the Premier League season, Mr Abra-Appiah announced his resignation as Head of the Board after serving in that capacity for six years.

In an interview on Asempa FM’s afternoon sports show “Fire for Fire”, which was live on Adom TV on Multi TV on Tuesday, Mr. Abra-Appiah stated that, after listening to the advice offered him by Mr. Nyantakyi and a host of football gurus in the country, there was no way he could have continued with his intention to retire.

He insisted he is still the Premier League Board Boss and is fully in charge of all football related issues regarding the Local Premier League.
